The registration fee includes the publication charges, registration kits (for on-site participants only) and fooding charges (high tea, working lunch & dinner during conference days to the on-site participants). Listeners are not entitled to a full conference kit.

Extra page charges are ₹1180 per page (including 18% GST). A maximum of 17 pages is allowed per paper, including any extra pages."

REGISTRATION GUIDELINES

Authors of accepted manuscripts can submit their CAMERA-READY PAPER files in the Camera-ready Submission Link

After making the payment, all the authors are required to register through the Registration Link.

An author can pay the specified registration fee to the bank account details provided above.

To ensure the publication of a paper in the Proceedings, at least one author must register by submitting the registration fee within the deadline.

The registration fee includes the publication charges, registration kits (for on-site participants only) and food charges (high tea, working lunch & dinner during conference days to the on-site participants). Listeners are not entitled to a full conference kit.

The registration fee is non-refundable.

All the authors are required to register before the deadline.

Attendees can register before the conference date. On-spot registration is also available for attendees only.

Authors are required to join the AICTA-2024 @ NIT Raipur WhatsApp group after registration to communicate with us smoothly.

The registration doesn't include accommodation charges or co-author participants fees. A co-author can participate as an attendee with a registration fee applicable to the attendee.
